Grass Valley Home w/ Hot Tub

Property and amenities are as described in the listing, no qualms about it. A very sweet location in the middle of the trees.A heads up that there is a lot of Christian decor in the house and the hosts also leave an evangelical Christian pamphlet with the check in binder. Evangelism coming from a rental app is inappropriate and weird behavior for many people, myself and my group included. If we were interested in seeking out a specific religion, we would have done so through some avenue that wasn't a random vrbo host that we have no relationship with. The hosts also offered twice to hook us up with real estate offerings through one of the host's day job as a realtor, which was inappropriate as we indicated zero interest. If we wanted sales pitches while on vacation, we would have booked a resort or time share presentation. Finally, I was asked to leave a five star review so as not to damage their superhost status. I understand that the way all these rental/gig economy apps work is by dinging anyone with less than a five star rating - the system itself is messed up. I'm following their request and leaving five stars, as that policy sucks and no one should lose out on opportunities due to a very subjective rating system, but the hosts' overall behavior was a big turn off.

A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!
